Excellent week! Lots of encouragement this week from my cycling coach. Have an established strength training program and diet in place now. Got in 5 days spinning – 1 hour sessions. 4 days of weights. Diet was rock solid all week long. Down 4 pounds this week, 6 pounds over all – 212 starting weight, now down to 206. Only 21 pounds to go to my goal weight. Meeting with my coach on Thursday and Friday this week, but will continue to Spin and Lift and then reevaluate amount of time spinning, probably up it to 90 minutes per session. Only thing I’m going to do differently with the diet is try to get a little more protein in every day. Feeling good and seeing some great results.

I define myself as an easy going guy that likes to enjoy all that life has to offer. I'm married to an extremely patient woman that I love more than life and she still likes me despite all my shortcomings. We have 3 kiddo's that bring me more happiness than I thought I'd ever be able to experience. I'm privileged to have had the opportunity to be a firefighter for 10 years- a career that I love. I also loved my job as a dispatcher at AirMed! In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my family, road cycling, and any kind of outdoor activity.
