I was at AirMed all day and didn’t have a chance to get a workout in. The diet suffered somewhat as well. But I was able to get some homework done so not too bad of a day.

Diet:
Breakfast – Nothing

Snack – Red Apple

Lunch – Roast Turkey, Potatoes, Veggies

Snack – Clif Protein Bar

Dinner – Turkey and Provolone on Whole Wheat

Weight: 192

Hopefully I’ll be able to get back on track with everything tomorrow. We are celebrating Katie’s Birthday after her soccer game in Heber, so I’m sure there will be a slab of Birthday Cake in there somewhere. Hope to get out on a long ride sometime tomorrow and back to work tomorrow night at AirMed.
