Long day at AirMed. Steady work load through the day. Here’s the latest on food consumption:

Breakfast – 2 Slice of Wheat Toast with Peanut Butter

Snack – Baby Carrots

Lunch – Ham and Swiss with Lettuce Sandwich on Whole Wheat

Snack – Baby Carrots and Ritz Crackers

Dinner – Green Salad with Small Gala Apple
Workout consisted of (3/4 mile swim) laps at the pool after work and push ups 5,5,5,5
